And believe me when I say that I respect and appreciate all comments so long as they are not disrespectful or patronizing. Sorry for rambling on about it! But I love this game dearly, and I would love to be able to play it on my PC. I have read also in another forum that this error is due to the game using a cached intro which isn't/can't be emulated. Of course I have tried to press any key to continue but this results in the same error repeating itself for a seemingly endless amount of time. I can provide the error code from the nullDC console and maybe that will shed light on the situation. cdi copy I have already under the newest version of nullDC, it simply loads the dreamcast logo, then the SEGA logo screen and that's where it hangs. Nowadays, nullDC is, IMO, the best DC emulator available and I have read that it IS possible to emulate and play Record of Lodoss War on nullDC but only if you have an image of the GDROM.
